On May 10th, Michigan Sobers Social is hosting its very first comedy night with professional comedian Mark Lundholm.
Mark Lundholm has performed in all 50 states and 10 foreign countries. From world-renowned musicians, heads of state, fortune 500 companies to rehabilitation centers and convicted felons, Mark has truly entertained on the world’s stage.He’s appeared on Comedy Central, Showtime, A&E, CBS, and NBC. Mark wrote and performed his own one-man show off-Broadway in New York City reaching critical acclaim, and in his spare time created the now staple DVD series ‘Humor in Treatment’ and the Recovery Board Game. One thing is clear about Mark Lundholm – he’s not slowing down anytime soon. With a new DVD series slated for this year, a book due out 2011 and a television series in development, there are plenty more laughs coming from this revolutionary entertainer!
100% of donations will go towards getting Mark out here, flight, hotel, venue, and everything else that goes along with hosting a 300 person event. Anything left over will go towards planning the next event!

We're a group of awesome people who love to have fun and connect with others, all without any alcohol involved! That's right, we're a social group for people who want to hang out, meet new friends, and have a great time without feeling like they need to drink.
We host all sorts of cool events and activities, from game nights to movie screenings to outdoor adventures. And the best part? You don't need to worry about any of the negative stuff that can come with drinking, like feeling sick or regretting what you said or did.
Whether you're someone who's sober all the time, or just looking to take a break from drinking, you're welcome to join us. Our events are always open, friendly, and supportive, and we're all about helping you build meaningful connections with other people in a fun and safe environment.
